Panel & Band Sawing

Panel Saws: Are you looking for cut-to-size sheets and bars? Our Panel Saws are the most efficient way to provide material cut-to-size, so you don’t incur unnecessary costs for material that is not needed.

Band Saws: We offer cut-to-length stock of bar, rod, tube, angles, channels, and more. Our Band Saws are the most efficient way to provide material cut-to-length, so you don’t incur unnecessary costs for material that is not needed.

Waterjet, Plasma & Laser Cutting

Waterjet: Material is cut with a high-pressure jet of water and an abrasive substance. Waterjet Cutting can be used on metals, plastics, composites, and thicker rubber and foam materials. Benefits include the ability to cut highly complex shapes and thick materials with minimal material waste and no heat affected zone.

Plasma Cutting: Material is cut with an electrically conductive gas that transfers energy through a plasma cutting torch. Plasma Cutting is used exclusively on metal materials. It is a highly efficient means of cutting and offers the fastest cutting speeds.

Laser Cutting: Material is cut with a laser beam. Laser Cutting is used on metals, plastics, composites, and thicker rubber and foam materials. It offers a nice balance of moderate cutting speeds and the ability to cut reasonably complex shapes.

Routers & Knife Cutting

Routers: Flat or sheet material is secured to a table, and the router bit is rotated and moved to machine a finished component. It’s used to cut plastic, wood, composite, and soft metal materials. This is best suited for parts that require large-scale cutting. Examples include furniture, cabinetry, and sign manufacturing.

Knife Cutting: Flat or sheet material is secured to a table, and the knife blade is rotated and moved to machine a finished component. It’s used to cut rubber, foam, and soft plastic materials. This is best suited for parts that require large-scale cutting. Examples include gasket, upholstery, and sign manufacturing.

Lathes & Mills

Lathes: The workpiece is rotated and moved against a fixed tool to machine a finished component. It’s used to cut metal, plastic, composite, and wood materials. This is best suited for making cylindrical parts. Examples include shafts, screws, knobs, cams, and crankshafts.

Mills: We offer 3-Axis, 4-Axis and 5-Axis Milling capabilities to support various requirements. The workpiece is fixed in place while the tool is rotated and moved to machine a finished component. It’s used to cut metal, plastic, composite, and wood materials. This is best suited for parts that have flat surfaces and/or complex features such as grooves, pockets, and holes. Examples include gears and keys.

EDM Machining

EDM: We offer Wire EDM and Sinker EDM capabilities to support various requirements. EDM is a metal fabrication process that involves placing an electrode or wire and an electrically conductive workpiece into a circulating dielectric fluid. The electric current cuts away conductive materials from the workpiece to machine a finished component. It’s used to cut metal materials that are hard to work by other means or those that display work hardening during mechanical machining.
