Firmnesses

  • We manufacture foam/sponge materials across a wide spectrum of compression deflection, from 0 to 25psi.
    • Compression deflection is a measure of firmness commonly used to describe foam/sponge materials. It’s measured by the force required to compress a material to 25% of its original thickness. Lower compression deflection indicates that the material is softer and more flexible. Higher compression deflection suggests better resistance to tearing and abrasion.
