Easily Adjustable
No need for any cutting or measuring. Each has five prefabricated holes for screws to be secured into the attic floor joists. They feature tapered ribs to help position between joints and vents to let insulation breathe.
Convenient Wire Access
Don’t worry about wires, pipes, and ductwork. With this easy installation flooring system, every nook of your space is accessible. The Attic Dek also includes two notches designed to hold wiring on each side of the panels.
Supports up to 250 LBS
Sturdy and durable, each Attic Dek tile can support up to 250 pounds. The lightweight construction of these flooring boards eliminates the risk of sagging joists and protects the integrity of your space.
Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare
Clear the attic area and Identify joist spacing (typically 16″ or 24″ on center).
Step 2: Dry Fit Panels
Place panels between the joists to ensure proper fit. Align panel edges with joists.
Step 3: Secure Panels
Start near the attic opening and work outward using the provided screws to secure each panel.
Step 4: Handle Obstructions
For ducts & wires, mark and cut panels if needed. Use built-in notches or adjust layout for obstacles.
Step 5: Final Check
Ensure all panels are secure and walk the floor lightly to test stability.
